Time and time again I order nitro cold brew through app and it still to this day is out of order when I go pickup my coffee. Staff do not refund me but instead say I can get a cold brew that’s poured out of a pitcher lol cheap but yet still charge me over $6. The nitro has been out for over a month and still not fixed. Also tried food but it’s not good just microwaved and overpriced. Staff is great that’s about it.

Why announce it, since is not open to general public? I just tried to buy coffee and I wasn’t even allowed into the hospital, that is dumb

The lead this morning was so rude to customers and to her team it was incredible. I’ll get the free coffee from the lounge area instead. I won’t purchase coffee from this location again if she is there. She humiliated an employee in front of customers and was rude to us.

I generally dont write negative reviews but this experience was just too much to ignore. I ordered a skinny vanilla latte for pick up and ended up not being able to go down quickly because they were adjusting my 2 year old granddaughters feeding tube. When I got there, my lemon bread was there but not my coffee. I went to the counter and asked about it. I pulled up my app and to show the order. The woman was rude and seemed like I was inconviencing her. Without a word to me, she walked away and made the coffee. When finished, she sat the coffee down and walked away again without a word. Then, after I got my "coffee", I went to my granddaughters room to sit with her. The drink was mostly skim milk and sugar free vanilla syrup. I couldn't go back down because I needed to be there for my grandaughter. Im very frustrated that I paid so much and with the overall experience.

This happened at 11:48a.m. on Oct 28 DO NOT GO!!! 5200 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75235 This was at the Starbucks inside of the Wish Clinic, when Cashier Deziree was so Rude, racist, she claimed I was never in line, and even after two ladies that was in front of me told her I WAS IN LINE, she still yelled across the room to cashier Lizbeth to not take care of me, awful attitude towards me, I never fell so discriminating, so humiliated. Lizbeth, was so hesitated she ended up not taken care of me under the pressure of her coworker Deziree, I told her this was a Racism matter, and need it their names, Deziree then came aggressively and was like take a picture(with such a aggressive tone) and rolled her eyes at me. I asked for the manager on duty, Vivian Sanchez and she gave me this email of Jarrod Snyder and told me to report it basically on my own, and even told me her cashier told her I was never in line so you she went with an employee statement when there was witnesses. Also Vivian didn’t even apologizes on her behalf, neither asked me to help me. THIS WAS THE WORST RACISM EXPERIENCE. I WAS FEELING SICK ALREADY, AND NEED A LITTLE SOMETHING TO PUMP ME UP, ENDED UP NOT GETTING A
